Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days in good as new condition. Go ahead and enjoy assembling them indoors as soon as you get them! You’ll be amazed. In the unlikely event that you are not, contact us to return them.
If you intend to return them do not use them or take them outside. Once they are used and/or outdoors the pristine factory finish is likely to be blemished.
Keystone Outdoor Gear Co stands behind its products and will replace or repair any defective product shipped to you. Products which are misused, abused, or those damaged by ‘party fouls’ are not eligible. Claims must be made within two (2) years of shipment to the original purchaser. If for any reason you are not satisfied, go to Contact KOGC and get in touch so we can work with you to make it right.
When we receive a valid warranty claim from the original purchaser for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.
In the unlikely event that you return a product for repair or refund, we will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to you and you will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
